This is the start of my new TJ project.Since I allready have a hardcore rock ready Tj,I wanted to build one that you would see out in the trails or on a sunday drive.
TLT axles
RC4WD tranny
My chassis design from lil red
I'm thinking coil sprung front and rear,but time will tell.

Thanks for the comments fellas.
I just ordered some 1.9 RC4WD mud thrashers and a tranny. The thrashers are only 3.9" instead of the 4.25" thats on it now.It should look alot better with a smaller tire. :chug:

I have some thrashers on one of my Jeeps and they have amazing grip, but are also very soft :D

Well i had the day off work today and did some tinkering on the TJ.I tried mocking it up with some smaller tires to get a better idea of what it will look like.The mud thrashers I orderd are gonna be a little taller but at least it gives me an idea.I also did a little tube work.I'm going for an expedition look.Alot like the black tj in the referance section. :nice: heres some pics for ya.

Yes. that is the start of my roof rack.Its gonna come off the windshield frame and the rear corners. :nice: I'm also thinking about adding a light guard.
The axles I'm using are tamiya TLT's with super narrow hexes and 0 offset wheels. :chug:
